Petalists Shipping & Delivery Policy
Same-Day Delivery Cutoff We offer same-day delivery across Mount Lebanon area, Greater Beirut, etc... for orders placed before 4:30 PM] EET. Orders placed after this cutoff will be scheduled for delivery on the next business day.
Delivery Zones & Fees

Zone 1 (e.g., Beirut & Suburbs): 15$ - 25$

Zone 2 (e.g., Mount Lebanon / Outside areas): 5$ - 35$. Note: Same-day delivery may not be available for all outer zones. Please contact us directly for urgent out-of-zone requests.
Delivery Times & Routing Due to the volatile nature of traffic and routing logistics, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times (e.g., "Deliver exactly at 2:00 PM"). Deliveries are routed geographically for efficiency and will arrive between 09:00 AM and 7:00 PM].
Unsuccessful Deliveries If the recipient is not at the delivery location:

Our driver will attempt to contact the recipient and the sender via the phone numbers provided at checkout.

If safe and appropriate, the arrangement may be left with a receptionist, concierge, or at the front door.

If the arrangement cannot be safely left, it will be returned to our studio. A redelivery fee will apply for a second attempt. Petalists is not responsible for the degradation of perishable goods due to delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.
Peak Holidays (Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, etc.) During high-volume periods, our standard cutoff times and delivery windows are suspended. Deliveries will occur throughout the day, and specific time requests cannot be accommodated. We reserve the right to close our delivery schedule early once capacity is reached.
